Early Learning

Early Learning Centre

Designed for how boys learn - Kindergarten and Pre-Primary

The key to harnessing your son's natural curiosity and unlocking his love of learning is to understand  how  he learns.

We know boys are tactile learners – they love to investigate how things work hands on. So we develop the foundations for literacy and numeracy through play and inquiry-based activities.

Influenced by the Reggio Emilia philosophy of child-led learning, our teachers observe your son's play and listen to his questions to find out what interests him, and then create opportunities to explore his passions further.

We know boys are better able to concentrate after they've burnt off excess energy, so we incorporate physical play into his day.

We know boys learn best when they feel safe and have a sense of belonging. Smaller class sizes allow our teachers to cater to the individual needs of your son. We regularly assess his skills in a range of areas to help us tailor his learning programme. All boys are screened by our Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist, so we can identify early any underlying issues that may need attention.

Experienced Early Years Educators

Our teachers are highly trained early childhood educators who delight in the creativity and energy only a classroom of boys can generate. They offer an exciting play-based pedagogy that merges the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme with Reggio Emilia principles.
