Scotch College enjoys an excellent reputation and there is a consistently strong demand for places. As a result, we advise parents to make enquiries and file an application for registration at an early date.

Scotch College offers boarding from Years 7 to 12.

Entry Points

Scotch currently has entry points in Kindergarten, Pre-Primary, Year 6 and Year 7. Places are also offered for other years, please contact the Registrar for more details.

Do you want to make an initial enquiry?

To obtain a Prospectus please complete the online enquiry form - there is no charge for lodging an enquiry. Alternatively, please phone the School on +61 8 9383 6810 for a copy of our Prospectus.

You will receive a prospectus pack from Admissions containing information about the College relevant to your child's level of entry and an Application for Registration form.

Do you want to apply for admission for your son?

Complete the Application for Registration form and return with the relevant documentation and application fee. This can be done online or you can fax or post the application form to +61 9 9385 2286 or PO Box 223, Claremont, WA, 6910.

Do you want to enrol your son for entry this year (immediate) or for next year?

If you are looking for a place for your child for the current year or the following year contact Admissions first to determine the availability of places. You can do this by completing the online enquiry form or by telephoning +61 8 9383 6809 or email the Admissions Office

Once you have completed an Application for Registration form, what happens?

Detailed information on our enrolment process:

  1. Your son's name is added to the waitlist, unless otherwise requested.

  2. Receipt of your application will be acknowledged in writing.

  3. If a place is available, an offer of place will be made, in writing. Positions are allocated based on the date of application.

  4. Offers are made up to three years in advance prior to entry at Kindergarten, Pre-Primary, 6 and 7. Vacancies at other entry points are made subject to availability.

  5. You accept, defer or decline the letter of offer.

  6. To accept the place, the relevant enrolment documentation must be completed and returned along with a Confirmation Fee, made up of two parts; a non-refundable Endowment Fee and OSC Fee.
